Make the quotation readable
A photograph cannot establish mounting compatibility or play suitability. Use a controlled specification revision so every supplier can state what is included and what still needs a decision.

Retail and promotional buyers can begin with backboard artwork, mounting method, ball inclusion and retail pack format. Quantity splits by design affect the comparable MOQ question; a total order figure alone does not describe the assortment.
Facility purchasing needs installation conditions, use intensity, dimensions and assembly boundaries. Ask a responsible reviewer to define installation and load requirements. An attractive sample or a supplier-family document does not establish suitability for the proposed installation.
