Custom Basketball Hoop Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe use of this independent procurement coordination website. Updated October 12, 2026. By sending an inquiry, you request review of your buying requirements; no purchase agreement, supply commitment or product approval is created by the inquiry alone.
Service scope
The service coordinates requirement questions, possible supplier matching, quotation comparisons and sample planning for business buyers. It does not represent factory ownership, third-party brand authorization, inventory or completed supplier verification. Any proposed supplier is responsible for confirming its own product and commercial statements.
Buyer requirements and approvals
Provide accurate product specifications, intended use, quantity by variant, destination and target timing. The buyer determines mandatory requirements and appoints reviewers for drawings, samples, installation conditions and documents. A sample or reference image does not establish structural suitability or production acceptance. Changes must be recorded against the relevant revision.
Quotations and costs
Pricing, MOQ, availability, production assumptions and freight scope require supplier confirmation. Compare equivalent materials, complete-set contents, pack ratio, carton dimensions and destination exclusions. Sample charges, tooling, inspection and transport may be separate lines. No fixed saving or lowest-price outcome is represented.
Optional preferences
Budgets and high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided selections express buyer priorities, not verified supplier ratings. Specify currency and whether the amount applies per unit or to the whole order. A preference does not override mandatory requirements or authorize a substitution.
Evidence and transaction decisions
Exact-item documents must be reviewed for the proposed model, configuration and intended US use. This website does not certify products or replace legal, technical or regulatory review. Order commitments, payment terms and shipment responsibilities require separate written agreement with the relevant parties. Do not use an inquiry as payment authorization.
Questions and personal information
Use the contact form to ask about a request or clarify scope. Avoid submitting unnecessary personal or confidential data. The Privacy Policy explains the information used for inquiry communication. Commercial and legal responsibilities remain subject to applicable agreements and law.
